Transcriptome-wide identification and characterization of WD40 genes, as well as their tissue-specific expression profiles and responses to heat stress in Dimocarpus longan Lour.

The WD40 transcription factor (TF) family is widespread in plants and plays important roles plant growth development, transcriptional regulation, tolerance to abiotic stresses. TFs have been identified characterized a diverse series of species. However, little information available on genes from D. longan. In this study, total 45 DlWD40 were longan RNA-Seq data, further analysed by bioinformatics tools. Also, the expression patterns roots leaves, as well responses heat stress, evaluated using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). We found that proteins, together with 80 proteins Arabidopsis Zea mays, could be categorized into six groups.
